Meet Kendra
If you look up the word “charming” in the dictionary, you will surely find Kendra’s picture there beside it! As our Client Experience Coordinator, Kendra is the person our clients interact with before and during their portrait experience. She makes sure to answer any questions they may have and provides all of the information they need to have a wonderful experience in our studio. This results in gorgeous portraits.
She is typically in the studio on session days to welcome our clients and get them all settled in. She has quickly grown from her initial job as a reservation specialist to her current position. She is an incredibly fast-learner and always does her very best to make our clients’ experience the very best it can be! Her strength is in organization and customer service!
Kendra is a native of Massachusetts, but has called the Tarheel state her home for over 7 years, when she located here to attend Winston-Salem State University. She joined our team in 2022 and is a ray of sunshine on the phone and in person! She and her partner, Larry, spend most of their time with their young son and baby girl. We always love the daily videos of preciousness that she shares on her phone!
